Blondies

When you're hosting a crowd and you need to make an easy, and mind-blowingly delicious treat to impress all your guests, these blondies should be your go to! 

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of oil
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 ½ cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. MIX the oil and the sugars together in a large mixing bowl
  3. ADD the eggs and vanilla, and mix 
  4. ADD the flour, baking soda and salt, and mix
  5. MIX in the chocolate chips 
  6. POUR the batter into a 9x13" Pyrex pan
  7. BAKE in the oven for 25 minutes

Recipe Note: While pouring the batter into the pan, it helps to wet your hands (or a spatula) and spread the batter out evenly across the entire Pyrex pan. Let the blondies cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting into them. You could also make this recipe dairy-free by using dairy-free chocolate chips!
