When you're hosting a crowd and you need to make an easy, and mind-blowingly delicious treat to impress all your guests, these blondies should be your go to!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of oil
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 2 ½ cups of flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
- PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees F
- MIX the oil and the sugars together in a large mixing bowl
- ADD the eggs and vanilla, and mix
- ADD the flour, baking soda and salt, and mix
- MIX in the chocolate chips
- POUR the batter into a 9x13" Pyrex pan
- BAKE in the oven for 25 minutes
Recipe Note: While pouring the batter into the pan, it helps to wet your hands (or a spatula) and spread the batter out evenly across the entire Pyrex pan. Let the blondies cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting into them. You could also make this recipe dairy-free by using dairy-free chocolate chips!
